Annette Sheppard - Manager
Annette is the Manager of Simple Super Solutions, responsible for ensuring our professional service firm clients & their clients receive the best possible service. Annette has worked exclusively within the Self Managed Super Fund industry for more than five years.
Annette has completed studies in business, superannuation management and financial planning. Before entering the financial services industry, Annette worked for a public utility where she developed specialist skills in contract administration and tendering.
Annette is a member of SPAA and also holds a professional certificate in SMSF specialist advisor.

Merv Lobb - Associate Director
Merv is a relationship specialist at Simple Super Solutions. He is responsible for developing the relationships we have with new professional services firms and helping them to realise the growth opportunities of SMSFs through partnering with us.
Merv’s career formed in business restructuring and tax until joining the financial services industry over 20 years ago where he specialised in providing administration services, technical and strategic advice to SMSFs. He has specialised knowledge and an interest in estate planning issues pertaining to SMSFs and the small business sector.
Merv is recognised as a SMSF specialist and is a SPAA qualified SMSF specialist.

Laurie Porter - Senior SMSF Specialist Accountant
Laurie is our Senior SMSF Specialist Accountant responsible for a portfolio of clients as well as providing guidance on compliance issues and mentoring and training to our other Specialist Accountants. Laurie has worked with Self Managed Superannuation Funds for over 10 years.
Laurie is a qualified member of CPA Australia and has received accreditation as a SMSF Specialist Advisor from the Self-Managed Super Fund Professionals’ Association of Australia (SPAA).
